This Bali adventure tour is built for travellers who want more than a beach chair — couples, active families and groups who like their holidays with a pulse. Over six days you’ll trek an active volcano at sunrise, raft a jungle river, swim beneath waterfalls, cycle through rice-field villages and snorkel crystal-clear water, all balanced with the temples, culture and food that make Bali unforgettable.
We base you in beautiful Ubud, Bali’s cultural and adventure heart, and handle every detail — private transport, expert local guides, permits and logistics — so you can simply enjoy the island. As a local Indonesian operator running trips since 2006, we know the Bali beyond the crowds, and we build the pace around you.
You get the real island in one trip: the sunrise summit of Mount Batur, the thrill of the Ayung River, the calm of the rice terraces, and the warmth of Balinese culture — all privately guided and fully tailored to you. It also pairs perfectly with our Bali and Lombok trip for a two-island adventure, and you can see how it fits a wider journey in our things to do in Lombok guide. Explore more on our Bali destination page.
Tell us your dates and group size and we’ll tailor it to you — message us on WhatsApp. Crafted by local experts since 2006.
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), where your private driver-guide meets you and transfers you to Ubud. Settle into your hotel and ease into Bali with an evening at leisure — perhaps a traditional Kecak fire dance performance. Welcome briefing with your guide.
An early start to trek up Mount Batur (1,717m) for sunrise over the caldera and Lake Batur, with breakfast at the summit. Descend to relax at natural hot springs, then visit a coffee plantation and the Tegallalang rice terraces
White-water rafting on the Ayung River (Grade 2–3) through jungle gorges and past hidden waterfalls — exciting yet first-timer friendly. Afternoon swim at a jungle waterfall, then a hands-on Balinese cooking class in the evening.
A gentle, mostly downhill cycling tour from the Kintamani highlands through villages, coffee gardens and rice fields. Afterwards, visit the sacred water temple of Tirta Empul and its purification springs.
A full day at some of Bali's best snorkelling waters — clear seas, healthy coral and colourful marine life, with boat trip and beach time. (Destination tailored to season and conditions.)
Free morning to relax or shop. Depending on your flight, visit the iconic Tanah Lot sea temple before your private airport transfer. End of services — or continue on to Lombok and beyond
It's a moderate level. The Mount Batur sunrise trek is the most demanding part — an early start and a steady two-hour climb — while the rafting, cycling and snorkelling suit most reasonably active travellers. We can soften or intensify the pace to match your group.
Yes. It's great for active families, especially with teens. For younger children we can adjust or swap activities (for example, an easier walk instead of the Batur summit). Tell us your children's ages and we'll tailor it.
Bali's dry season (around April to October) is ideal for trekking, rafting and snorkelling. The trip runs year-round, and we adjust the daily activities to the conditions during the wetter months.
Private air-conditioned transport, accommodation, daily breakfast plus listed meals, an English-speaking guide, all listed activities and entrance fees, and 24/7 local support. International flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included (see the full list above).
No — we arrange everything end to end: guides, permits, equipment and logistics for the Batur trek, Ayung rafting, cycling and snorkelling. You just turn up and enjoy.
Absolutely. Duration, comfort level, accommodation and activities can all be tailored — and you can extend the trip to Lombok, the Gili Islands, Komodo or beyond. Message us and we'll build it around you.
