You can make a booking with Adventure Lombok by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. Our team will work with you to create a customized travel itinerary based on your interests and preferences. Once the itinerary is finalized, we will send you a booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Adventure Lombok requires a 50% deposit of the total tour cost to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the tour start date. If the booking is made within 14 days of the tour start date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the tour start date will result in a loss of the deposit. Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the tour start date will result in a loss of the full tour cost. No refunds will be provided for unused services, and Adventure Lombok Tour will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the tour.

Adventure Lombok strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and other travel-related risks. We can also provide travel insurance options for our clients upon request.
