Travel lighter, connect deeper — this 5-day Lombok eco tour is for travellers who want their holiday to leave the island better than they found it. Across five gentle days you’ll walk rice-field paths with village farmers, learn weaving and cooking from the families who’ve practised them for generations, swim beneath rainforest waterfalls, and explore reefs and forests with guides who treat them as home — because they are. You’ll eat local, stay low-impact, and put your travel money directly into village hands.
This isn’t sightseeing with a green sticker. It’s the way we believe Lombok should be shared: slowly, respectfully, and together with the communities who make it special.
We’re not outsiders running an “eco” product — we’re a Lombok team, and these are our neighbours’ villages, our childhood rivers. The activities are chosen so your visit genuinely supports local livelihoods: home-cooked meals, village guides, craft purchases straight from the maker. The island’s natural riches — from the Rinjani UNESCO Global Geopark down to the reefs — deserve travellers who tread softly, and we’ll show you how rewarding that is. Try the rice field walk spirit for a taste, then come for the full five days.
Upon arrival at Lombok International Airport, our team will greet you and transfer you to Tetebatu, a peaceful highland village surrounded by rice terraces and lush forests. Enjoy a relaxing evening and prepare for your eco-adventure.
Start the day with a guided trek through rice fields, local farms, and rainforest trails. Visit a hidden waterfall, where you can take a refreshing dip. Along the way, interact with local farmers and learn about traditional agricultural practices. Return to Tetebatu for an overnight stay. Enjoy a delectable lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Sembalun Valley, situated at an elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. Marvel at the picturesque landscape of Rinjani Mountain. In Sembalun, visit the historic Desa Beleq, a traditional village with houses constructed from wood, straw, and leaves. Explore the local strawberry and apple plantations, where you can even pick fresh fruits from the trees. Upon arrival at your accommodation in Sembalun, check in and enjoy leisure time at your own pace.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast amidst the mountainous ambiance. Get ready to check out from your hotel and continue your journey to Senaru, where you will visit the awe-inspiring Sindang Gile Waterfall and Tiu Kelep Waterfall. These cascades, situated 600 meters above sea level, offer a picturesque sight as white water tumbles down vibrant green cliffs adorned with lush tropical vegetation. A short and simple hike through a lush forest will lead you to the first waterfall, while the second one requires a bit more effort, including a steep hill climb, creek crossing, and overcoming various obstacles. The breathtaking view makes the journey worthwhile. Take a moment to savor the cool and refreshing atmosphere and find solace on a peaceful hilltop. Lombok’s largest waterfall awaits 300 meters below, with stunning vistas along the descent, showcasing the intricate irrigation system that meanders through Senaru, nourishing the land with its crystal-clear natural water. After lunch, enjoy a brief visit to a traditional village, where mountain tribes have preserved their ancient way of life for centuries, harmoniously intertwined with nature. Conclude your waterfall adventure and proceed to Teluk Nare Pier, where a private boat will transport you to Gili Air. Check in at your hotel and relish your own leisure time.
Indulge in the sun, sand, and sea as you explore the captivating beauty of Gili Air. Despite its small size, Gili Air is well-organized and free from traffic, pollution, and noise. Immerse yourself in an array of activities, including exceptional snorkeling experiences in the breathtaking underwater world. Gili Air maintains an authentic rural atmosphere, distinct from its neighboring islands. You can stroll around the island’s circumference, which takes approximately two and a half hours. Engage in snorkeling adventures, witness vibrant marine life, and even feed friendly fish and encounter graceful turtles. After enjoying all the snorkeling activities, prepare for Gili Air's nightlife. Stay overnight at Gili Air.
After a delicious breakfast, make the most of the hotel facilities while awaiting your departure time. Our team will ensure your timely transfer to Lombok International Airport or Fast Boat Pier to Bali for your onward journey. Trip concludes.
You will stay in eco-lodges, homestays, and locally-run guesthouses, ensuring a sustainable and immersive experience.

Yes — eco doesn't mean hardship. Locally-owned stays, good food, private transport; just thoughtful choices throughout.
Daily — these are villages our team belongs to. You're a guest, not an audience.
Wonderfully — kids love the farming, weaving and cooking hands-on days.
Easily — an eco-minded crater-rim trek or a quiet-Gilis day extends this perfectly.
